**How do I contact support?**

You can create a support ticket on our [Discord ](https://discord.gg/aurory)server in the 'create-ticket' channel. A team member will be with you shortly. Feel free to reach out to our admins on [Telegram](https://t.me/aurory_project) as well.

**Be careful of scammers!**

Beware that scammers impersonate us in DM and set up fake social accounts, websites, etc. <mark style="color:red;">Team members and moderators will never</mark> <mark style="color:red;">DM you first, nor will they request funds or confidential information from you</mark>. Our airdrops and sales will always be announced on our official channels, and if you are ever in doubt about anything, please contact an admin, a community leader, or post your question in one of our official chats.
