# Status Effects

Amikos have the ability to stack up to four status effects at the same time. If a new status effect is applied while there are already four active ones, it will remove the first one that was applied. You can also stack the same status effect to increase its strength. The highest debuff is Tier -5 and will modify the stat to 50% of its original value. The highest buff is Tier +5, and it will modify the stat to 200% of its original value.
